FAQ
-
Are you available for private lessons during the school terms?Unfortunately Sally is currently unable to accept any new students for private lessons.
-
How do I know if tennis is cancelled due to rain heat or other circumstances? In the event of lesson cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Sally will send out text notifications to all students. Should you not receive a text, lessons will proceed as scheduled.
-
What happens if my child misses a group or squad lesson? We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. However, we would be happy to arrange a catch-up lesson at a later time during the term if a lesson is cancelled. If you are unable to attend a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to offer a catch-up lesson if one is available during the term. Please note that if you provide less than 24 hours' notice, it may not be possible for us to offer a catch-up lesson.
-
Is there a waiting list for group or squad lessons? As our sessions are in high demand, we have implemented a waiting list system to ensure fairness in enrolment. We prioritise currently enrolled students for the next term, and after the fee payment deadline, any vacant positions will be offered to students on the waiting list. Please kindly note that payment is required to secure a spot in the course.
